MEET JEMMA 

Jemma is an ICF Somatic Trauma Informed Coach and Narcissist Abuse Specialist with a passion to empower women & men to heal from the trauma of domestic and narcissistic abuse.

Jemma has genuinely been where you are, she knows what it is like to experience abuse and feel like life will never be the same. At the heart of Jemma's approach is the recognition that the experience of abuse is indeed a trauma to our minds and bodies. Unresolved trauma becomes stuck, which is why what you experienced can still have an impact on you years later. Jemma works with you to process the trauma so that you can heal and flourish after domestic and narcissistic abuse.

1:1 Coaching

One to one coaching sessions are tailored to your specific circumstances, needs, goals and challenges. 

We will work together on enabling you to identify keys areas of recovery, root causes of trauma, processing the trauma, recovery tools & techniques, achieving goals and staying motivated along the way.

Brainspotting

A brainspotting session is used to help heal from any traumatic experiences such as domestic & narcissistic abuse. 

It can be used address emotional issues such as anxiety, depression, and phobias. 

During a session, you will be guided to look in a certain direction, guided by a pointer. Together, we will find the spots that are triggering a response and emotion in your body.

If a specific point triggers a memory, we have found a point in the brain where trauma is stored. By working together in a safe environment with bio-lateral music, the trauma can then be effectively processed. What happened in the past cannot be changed, but how it makes you feel when you remember it can be changed.

Meditations 

Meditation has been shown to support emotional and physical wellbeing by reducing anxiety, stress and negative emotions, helping to regulate emotions, improving sleep and lowering blood pressure.  This bundle has guided meditations that will help restore calm and relaxation, enabling you to cope and manage everyday stresses.

This bundle also includes a mindfulness exercise for kids to explore emotions and a meditation for teenagers.
